Training, Experience, & Necessities

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-year Telesales experience preferred. If no sales experience, jobs in financial planning, retention, debt collection, business owner, or managed financial P&L may be considered.
  • ​License: Property & Casualty resident insurance license required (licensing costs reimbursed after training).
  • Technical Requirements: Hardwired high-speed internet connection.
